So this is the pc version of Sonic Mega Collection Plus, it works quite well for a port from a console. You will need "Daemon tools lite" to mount the game cd. I'll put a direct link here.

This Collection does have everything from the console version to my knowledge,
so you'll get all the games once you unlock them, I just don't play it that often.
Fraps made the game skip a little, it won't do that while you're playing.
