You just have to open the program, select the sound pack you want to edit from system/sounddata/SE by clicking file, open.
Then all you have to do is replace one of the sounds by clicking the second mouse button and replace then slect one sound you have from anywhere (make sure it's the same format as the original), save and it's done!
